When a lawyer files complaints and motions without a reasonable basis for believing that they are supported by existing law or a modification or extension of existing law, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer uses the courts as a platform for a political agenda disconnected from any legitimate legal cause of action, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer personally attacks opposing parties and disrespects the integrity of the judiciary, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer recklessly accuses a judge of violating the Judicial Code of Conduct with no supporting evidence beyond her dissatisfaction with the judge’s rulings, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law, that lawyer ceases to advance her cause or the ends of justice.

Regrettably, the conduct of counsel Orly Taitz has crossed these lines, and Ms. Taitz must be sanctioned for her misconduct. After a full review of the sanctionable conduct, counsel’s conduct leading up to that conduct, and counsel’s response to the Court’s show cause order, the Court finds that a monetary penalty of $20,000.00 shall be imposed upon counsel Orly Taitz as punishment for her misconduct, as a deterrent to prevent future misconduct, and to protect the integrity of the Court. Payment shall be made to the United States, through the Middle District of Georgia Clerk’s Office, within thirty days of today’s Order. If counsel fails to pay the sanction due, the U.S. Attorney will be authorized to commence collection proceedings.

The reason a citizenship claim upon you could introduce doubt as to your being a natural born citizen under the Constitution would be the potential legal claims upon you, by Italy, when outside the jurisdiction of the United States, posing a difficulty for you and in turn the nation, should you become President.

It seems terribly odd to me that some people hold a position that a foreign nation's whims of law determine who the United States can or cannot consider a natural born citizen.

Judge Land, in my reading, has declared his support for participation of the judiciary in the removal of the President if (and only if) “an individual can clearly demonstrate that his individual constitutional rights are somehow violated by the process.”

And for all these lawyers - oops - one of them scorned that term and said he’s an “attorney” - who just happen to be 0bama suckups - and quite a few recent signups, who only post on these threads - one thing comes to mind.

So for us laymen and common persons, that means, that Obama's COLB has NO legal standing to be used in court, or used as a legal document unless it is or has been verified by the DoH in Hawaii, therefore, that is why it is stamped ( Date Filed ) and not ( Date Accepted ) by the DoH in Hawaii.
So ? why does Obama's people, and the main fringe media use a document that is not legal and has no legal standing ?

The meaning of the term itself pertains to citizenship status at birth, Bubba Ho-Tep, so a form of citizenship is the qualifyer. If another form of citizenship is present at birth, it is a pertinent consideration for such a birth status.

That said, I'll reiterate that, under every plausibly authoritative source I've encountered you are a natural-born citizen, born of the soil and of two citizen parents.

That Italian birthright citizenship under jus sanguinis might some authorities pause, though.
