Does the word “Abomination” still have any meaning?
First they said I had to tolerate people who were differnt from me in the workplace. OK, I want to get along, so I went along. I swallowed my pride, tried not to vomit as a man wearing pigtails and lace sewn into his overalls (Osh Kosh, B’Gosh)walked down the hall at Dell’s headquartes in Round Rock, TX.
Even looking at him would result in a visit to HR. So, we averted out eyes and refused to comment even behind closed doors. After all, it only takes one person to rat you out, and you are gonna be fired.
Then we were told to ‘Celebrate Diversity’; lumping gays in with Hindu,Chinese, Buddhist and other minority workes.
Now, we are commanded to celebrate the degenerates; as if they actually accomplished something important. Dell has celebrations where these people are portayed as ‘Heroes’ and brave. Makes me sick.
They created White Guilt, and now Hetero Guilt.
The above suggestion implies that government schools can be reformed.
GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS CAN NOT BE REFORMED!
GOVERNMENT ALWAYS WERE AND ARE NOW A SOCIALIST SCHEME!
SOCIALISM CAN NOT BE FIXED!
Government schools in the mid 1800s and early 1900s gained traction due to the virulent anti-Catholism against the floods of Catholic immigrants entering the county. Ah! But those Protestants failed to understand the following:
Any government powerful enough to impose a generic Protestantism on our nation's children is powerful enough to impose Harvey Milk Day on our kids!
Government schools can NOT be reformed. There is only one solution:
We must begin the process of privatizing universal K-12 education.
( Yes, I am shouting. I am exasperated with conservatives who believe that government schools can be fixed. )
“Does the word Abomination still have any meaning?”
Stand by. I’m sure it will soon be listed as a word that is indicative of discrimination. Refer to anything as an abomination and you will be sent to re-education camp.
It’s all about drinking the Kool Aid.
Columbus is “out” because he didn’t discover Obama’s Kool Aid.
Milk is “in” because he helped fund Jonestown and vicariously new uses for Kool Aid.
Is that the name of rock band? ( Just wondering.) :-(
No, I don't think it has meaning any longer. We are all cooked frogs.
By the way...Any bets that Rush, Hannity, Beck, OReilly, Ingram, Levine, Boortz, or any of the other not so brave talk show hosts will cover this? Or will they hide behind the same screen that protects Obama’s eligibility from scrutiny?
Just remember...That these talk show host are, yes, useful but unprincipled! When tyranny comes they will lick the boots of their masters and turn their considerable talents to promoting oppression.
<<<”Another reason to homeschool: Day of Silence. Students are encouraged to silently protest lack of equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in this country. Children should not be used as political pawns by school officials.”>>>
When my daughter was in high school, I complained to the school administration about the Day of Silence. I felt it was more than indoctrination, but that it trampeled on my daughter’s first amendment rights to religious freedom. Since teachers were encouraged to empathize with gays, and hence remain quiet throughout the day, they were in essence teaching my daughter, and other Christians, that their beliefs and their knowledge of Biblical truths were wrong. I even called the Center for Law and Justice which goes to court for the rights of Christian people. But they told me they were unable to do anything at that time. They suggested I give my daughter religious tracts to hand out, and if she was prevented from doing so, then they would intervene. When I called the school, I was given a complete runaround and ended up with the assistant principal who gave me the prepared speech that he must have learned at a seminar. Then they had the teacher-mentor of the GLSEN (?) group at the school call me. They always try to make it a human rights issue, but I kept insisting it was a freedom of religion issue. Of course, it got nowhere. My daughter ended up going to school in a “Straight Pride” tee shirt and getting spit at by lesbians and called homophobic by their parents. Homeschooling should be an option for every Christian parent. If you can’t teach, there are many computer curricula out there.
...and they can’t figure out why the tax base just keeps shrinking....
Not to distract from the gist of the article, but it's Sir Laurence Olivier, and by no stretch would anyone consider him the world's greatest artist, though perhaps actor. If you want to be taken seriously, check your facts before publishing or at least proof-read.
“Don’t drink the milk, it’s spoiled” /obscure
I think that was from an old Spanky and Our Gang show. Kids were in an orphanage and sitting around a table whispering to each other not to drink the spoiled milk.
See you, and raise you one lefty court decision to undo the ballot initiative.
It seems like once every month or so there is another day set aside where everyone is supposed to drop everything else and spend their time advancing the gay agenda—AIDS day, Coming Out day, Harvey Milk Day, Day of Silence...it’s endless.
Am I right??? What do I win?
If I understand it correctly, this new “law” merely suggests/encourages schools to celebrate the pervert - sounds to me like it is optional for each district. Not that this makes it any less pernicious and detestable, but I’m sure that many conservative districts outside the sodomic cities will just ignore any reference to the perv unless another proclamation is passed making it mandatory, which I’m sure is in the pike.
Regardless, the freaky Californians elected whoever introduced it. Therefore, they get what they voted for, freaks.
