Dreams From My Father was published in 1995. That’s where the ‘born in Hawaii to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Obama sr’ story originates...he would hardly describe himself as Kenya-born AFTER the book was released, would he?
Darn it. I will have to read the book. Where in it, does he SAY he was born? Anywhere?
Ask the Library to get a first edition. Remember, Beckwith had to travel to a distant, large city to check out an item in the original that was either changed or omitted in later editions.
