Are they kidding???? The Republicans have been shut out of this process since April. The Democrats have never included them. The Democrats know this and are just plain scared. They don't know which way they want to go knowing whatever options they select. Want to ration health care? Want to deny seniors their Medicare? Want to charge the young working families $10,000 a year for their coverage? They will face the people next November.
