I agree with your comments....however unfortunately the average U.S. voters (independents, demoRATs & so-called moderate Republicans) have the attention spam longevity of snails & slugs. In other words, the demoRATs in Congress are betting with almost 100% confidence that they will be returned to Congress no matter what or how they vote on ANYTHING. It is tragic. After manning the phone banks last fall's election, I can attest with absolute certainty that the logic behind most voters is stupid, gullible & utterly lacking in any intelligent mindset.
Secondly, the demoRATs know that once ANY socialist piece of crap is passed, it will NEVER be reversed. If this is passed, even if Repubs would miraculously reclaim either the House or Senate or both (fat chance) this socialist health care atrocity will be here to stay.

Frankly, I doubt they care at all about polling data. The radicals who presently control the Democrat Party intend to drive public opinion by means of crisis creation and media manipulation. They will demonize the opposition even as they plan to impose practical controls on their power and influence. The escalating war on Fox News and the movement toward re-regulation of broadcast content point the way to what they intend for us.
Polls are transient. The Left needs to ram their agenda thru NOW, ASAP, then they can spend the bulk of 2010 manipulating public opinion to poll back where needed by November. They’ve already burned too much time on health care; expect the rest to go thru fast.
There will be. IMHO, there won’t be too many military or police that will fire on civilians. They will either join up or stay neutral.
Stock up on reloading equipment! Although that’s a hot seller too.
My biggest fear is if CW2 is on, the enemies (Muzzies, Russia, China, et al) will attack.
