Just a week after it emerged that the German armed forces was getting a different kind of A/H1N1 vaccine to the general population, Der Spiegel magazine reports that the government will also get special treatment. The general population will be offered the GlaxoSmithKline vaccine, called Pandemrix, which contains a new booster element, or adjuvant, as well as a preservative containing mercury. Controversy has grown around the rapid licensing of the GSK vaccine – and a similar one being made by Novartis. Critics said not enough testing had been conducted before European licensing authorities rushed an approval. Chancellor Angela Merkel, her cabinet members and ministry civil servants as well as those working for other agencies will get Celvapan, produced by US firm Baxter, which does not have the adjuvant or the preservative, according to Der Spiegel.

From what I’m reading, only hte larger doses (multiple doses) ones will have Thermirosol- not sure about the other one you mentioned though
Prison inmates will be the canaries.
The mercury does not seem like a big deal, nor even the “booster” (although it may be).
I suspect the quality control of the private, for profit, company, however is superior to that of the communist Eurpoe version.
No other reason to have a two-tiered system.

I never get the flu, if catch anything i burn fever for 12 hours and wake up fine, this flu kicked my butt, 3 days fever/chills now i have the return of the deep cough.

Prisoners are like queers (and many are queers, too). They do stupid, unhealthy things. They have lots of physical contact. They don’t take their medicine timely.
As a result, nasty diseases come out of prisons quickly, and spread to the general population.

Even though there is no definitive scientific proof of a link between thimoseral-containing vaccines and autism, vaccine manufacturers have been hit with big losses in some lawsuits. One would think that the vaccine makers would have learned from that experience.
