Sarah Palin wants to sell some books. She is giving an interview to Oprah Winfrey that will air Monday, Nov. 16.
Winfrey has the golden touch when it comes to pushing books.
The Winfrey folks called the interview a "world exclusive." It will be Palin's first interview to promote her book, "Going Rogue: An American Life."
And people said this meeting would never happen! What do you think about this?
The interview will air during the important November ratings period, so Palin should help Winfrey, too.
That's how the book business works, folks.
The interview will be Palin's first appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show." Winfrey was a staunch supporter of Barack Obama in last year's presidential election. Former Alaska Gov. Palin was John McCain's running mate.
The Winfrey folks are calling the show "The Oprah Winfrey Show: Exclusive -- Oprah Talks to Sarah Palin."

Very smart move by Palin. Oprah’s minions - suburban housewives - are ripe for picking by Palin.
Besides, she will sell a lot of books to them.

IMO it's too bad Sarah will appearing on this hypocrite's show, but I'll tune in for that day only...
I'm sure she's been careful about the ground rules for this appearance.

I doubt it. I think Oprah will be cordial and will emphasize what she has in common with another smart, successful woman.
Unless you're one of the 25,000 households with a Neilson box hooked up, nobody knows or cares what you watch.
But if you do have a Neilson box, don't watch Oprah.

I love Palin and I will continue to support her, for now.BUT, this was a VERY reckless move on her part.
My money says that she is going to regret walking into this trap.

Yeah but this “blog” makes it appear she is desperate to sell her book, when in reality her book made the best seller before it was even released. I can just imagine Oprah’s audience, full of Obama zombies, booing her when she enters the stage. Sarah doesn’t need that. The event for the Wisconsin Right To Life is already sold out the minute people heard Sarah would be attending. She doesn’t need the devil Oprah to sell books
