Maybe this is a good thing. On FNC they are showing that fellow from England talking about a suit in Britain about showing Gore’s Global Warming movie in schools, The court found nine factual errors in the movie including the one on Polar Bears.

Of course here you have to worry about a bunch of morons on the jury.

At THE VERY FIRST HEARING for this unbelievable nonsense, the history of every cyclone and hurricane before the invention of the Internal Combustion Engine should be read in to the Record.

Then the Communist “Layers Guild” attorneys pushing this should be disbarred for stupidity.

This has NOTHING to do with Katrina, it’s an idiot Ecolib’s attempt to fleece Energy Companies that have better things to do than deal with this kind of crap.

A rise in sea levels? What? A 1 cm rise in a 100 years or whatever, contributed to the faulty levees that actually caused the flood? What kind of idiot judge would allow such a phony lawsuit to proceed?

The joke is on us. If the judges did not throw this idiocy out, they cannot tell insanity when they are looking at it. The joke is on us because they are in power.

Oh this should be really good.
I wonder how much evil fossil fuel the plaintiffs use per year?

They must have more money than George W Bush who used to be responsible for that hurricane.

Jones wasn’t involved. Davis, Stewart, and Dennis made the decision. They also, FWIW, through out about half the case.

This is pure idiocy. If I remember right, the year after Katrina, the experts were predicting an even worse year for hurricanes, and we had no major hits at all. What happened to Global Warming’s effect for that year?

Lawyers and Prostitutes both are ho’s. We keep worrying if the population is being dumbed down...I think the Fifth Circuit’s given us our answer.

Just tank the economy of Houston so both your original hometown and the one that took you in can be poverty-stricken wastelands. Brilliant!

Shouldn’t they also have to prove that global warming has actually occurred and that the warming actually contributed to excessive (abnormal) strength of Katrina?
