Calling Temple’s location “nasty” is a very charitable exercise in understatement. How about a The-Only-Safe-way-in-is-to-Parachute-if-you’re-white-or-Asian ghetto?
Having lived on City Line Avenue when Rizzo was mayor, I would not move back to Nutter’s Philly if it had the last employment opportunity and the most beautiful women on the Eastern Seaboard. It was bad enough then. It’s a zoo now.
