Ben Nelson (D-Nb.), though, said Sunday that he's not committed to vote to kill a GOP filibuster. "I have made no promise," Nelson said on CNN's "State of the Union." I can't decide about the procedural vote until I see the underlying bill. It would be, I think, reckless to say I'll support the procedure without knowing what the underlying bill consists of. And it's not put together yet. It's a draft it will be a draft bill some time next week, submitted the Congressional Budget Office for the review of the cost." Nelson also gave a thumbs-down to the idea of a state opt-out, saying, "I certainly am not excited about a public option where states would opt out or a robust, as they call it, robust government-run insurance plan. I'll take a look at the one where states could opt in if they make the decision themselves."
We need you NOW! Call him, write him, fax him! He will be deluded with special interest groups pushing him to vote yes. As a consistent you more influence call his offices! Both in DC and in Nebraska! Urge him to stand with his voters, not with his party.
God Bless you all

Also Robert Byrd’s office needs similar treatment. Bryd helped kill Hillarycare and now let’s enlist him to kill Obamacare. Also Blanche Lincoln of AR.
I have no confidence that he will vote other than party lines. I will call, but all my contacts with him in the past have been met with a response that did not indicate he cares what the people actually want.
Thank you for your efforts.
Anyone in marginal districts/states needs to be fully informed that their vote for Government take over of health care will result in unemployment at next election !!!
Then, the voters need to make it happen.
