Either it’s a problem, and it needs to be dealt with immediately, or its not a problem and we can live without the regulation. Starting the ban in 2011 means that there’s some kind of strong arming going on here. Didn’t know the fishing lobby was that strong.
I’m sure a lot of gulf state legislators are going to weigh in on this.
