Remember something VERY IMPORTANT...

The Republican Party IS NOT a “Conservative” Party. It is more conservative than the Democrats, but not by a whole lot.

MANY Republicans feel the social issues important to Conservatives and the Christian Right like Abortion, Gays, Welfare, Etc, are KILLING THEM, and make them vunerable to liberal propoganda attacks.

In many ways, that is CORRECT. Wrong-minded, but it’s still correct. The Conservative message has no champion these days, and gets lost under the constant barrage of leftist attacks parrotted by a largely gay and Democrat media.

Time to purge those who are squishy on the moral social issues, then.

Give the electorate a real choice between anything goes perversion and traditional values.

In that district the social issues aren’t the main driver, the people in the Adirondacks are more libertarian leaning like out west as opposed to the social cons in the south.

It’s Dede’s spending and taxing and anti-gun stances that makes her unbearable to those in the district. If Dede was at least a fiscal con, Doug wouldn’t even be an issue.

I don't care what they feel or think. Look at what the rats did starting in 2006 in Congress which they continued in 2008. They knocked off most of the RINOs in the northeast. Elsewhere, the rats ran pro-life and pro Second Amendment candidates where needed to takeover the Congress. They also claimed that they would be fiscal conservatives vis a vis the spendthrift GOP. Even Obama didn't back gay marriage in California. The rats have moved right on social issues, or at least say they are. How stupid does the RNC have to be?
