This would be absolutely hilarious if it wasn't so tragic for the residents of Washington State. Liberal policies strike again and Queen Fraudoire and her liberal democratic minions are still whistling past the graveyard. Total denial.
I'm waiting to see how they blame this on either GWB or the Washington State Republican party.
