Who Is Behind Quashing the Birth Certificate Issue?
Canada Free Press ^ | August 25, 2009 | By Joan Swirsky

Posted on 10/30/2009 6:07:00 AM PDT by MelSmith

In an explosive interview by Dr. Laurie Roth on her syndicated West Coast radio show on August 7th, Douglas Hagmann—a respected journalist, director of the Northeast Intelligence Network and longtime private investigator, and Judi McLeod, a prolific journalist and the managing editor of Canada Free Press—the reason for the media blackout about the birth-certificate issue was nothing less than organized Mafia-like dire threats to members of the media issued not only from the heads of major TV and radio stations but also from Federal Communication Commission officials!

I know, Carter ruled that the judiciary can’t remove a president,

but everyone understands that declaring him ineligible forces the hand of the legislature to actually deal with the situation,

and they don’t want to be the instigators of that.

*snip*

And as I reminded you, AlWaleed is the sleazy, keffiyeh-encrusted Saudi who, just after the 9/11 attacks, offered then-New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani a $10 million check, if America would change its foreign policy on Israel, implying that the Israelis are morally equivalent to the 9/11 Islamic terrorist hijackers. And he supported Palestinian homicide bombers.

Now, Prince AlWaleed has declared he’s upped his (Kingdom Holding’s) stake in News Corp to 5.7%. Alwaleed also owns Rotana Media, the company that has the exclusive rights to broadcast FOX News Channel in Saudi Arabia.

But that’s not the news here. The news is that AlWaleed Bin Talal’s 5.7 percent share of News Corp. is about to jump even higher because Rupert Murdoch and News Corp. are increasing their incestuous business holdings in Saudi Arabia and Prince AlWaleed’s media ventures there. Murdoch and New Corp. are looking to buy 20% of Rotana, and apparently the deal will be for an exchange of News Corp. stock.

Yes, not only will AlWaleed yield even more control over what’s shown on FOX News–the way he did with the Paris Muslim riots, but Murdoch and News Corp. will likely take further steps to please their new Saudi patrons. The given reason for News Corp.’s investment in Rotana is that it needs new markets, due to falling ad revenue in the U.S. and Europe.

I wish we could get one ONE state to pass a law in advance of the 2012 election requiring original documentation of all candidates. My guess is we’ll get to the truth.

I’m not really sure why they would worry about riots. They would just burn down their own neighborhoods.....as in the past.

Free The BC!

If there is nothing there, then there is nothing there.
If there is something there, then there is something there.

Seems rather simple to me.

It is more complicated than that. Obama, because his father was, and he is, by the British Nationality Act of 1948, a British citizen, cannot be a natural born citizen. Thus he cannot be impeached because he is not a constitutional president. He is probably a U.S. citizen, though there is even the possibility that has mother, a 60s radical, forsook U.S. citizenship and took her first husband's British citizenship.

The requirements for president are not complicated. Natural born citizenship is defined in a dozen supreme court cases and the source cited in at least four. The most concise and earliest is Minuteman, founder, delegate to the Virginia Ratification Committee, and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Marshall in a case named for a ship. The Venus, 12 U.S. 253, on page 289. A natural born citizen is born of the soil of parents who are its citizens. That definition has never been changed in spite of at least 24 attempts to do so, the last about ten years ago by Orren Hatch. Obama is illegitimate, and no birth certificate need be discovered, not even the one he described having found in Bill Ayres book “Dreams From My Father.”

Judge David O. Carter is a worm. He has no honor. Hiring a Obama mole in the middle of a case as one of his clerks.

This is interesting (and frightening, but seemingly true).

The “standing” issue was EXACTLY created because the SCOTUS did not want the people or government to recognize exactly how impotent and powerless they are. They can order all day, but what do they command to enforce their decisions? How can a judicial member force an equal branch of government (Obama IS the executive branch) to do anything.

The issue should have been addressed before he was given authority, but people were and are fools.

Now I don’t have hope it will be resolved.

Great Post. I will bookmark it and others should read it. Judge David O. Carter sold out his honor, manhood and country.

"It is more complicated than that. ..." I understand all that, but if you want to win this battle, we need to focus on on this simple goal first: disclosure of the birth documentation on file in Hawaii. Then we can move onto related issues.

Believe me: all the "natural born" arguments are confusing the public far more than they are helping. In fact, it's apparent that Obama's stooges are counting on that confusion!!

This effort also needs a proper website to explain all this. This information is fragmented all over the place, making it less credible to people who don't understand this subject. Look how few of us were even aware of this CFP article.

Now is the time for the states to begin including specific legislation about proof of citizenship, and fact checking of citizenship, prior to being allowed on any ballot. Even if just one state did this, the situation would clear up.

Bill Posey (R) from Florida tried to get this passed in the House, and he was thoroughly thrashed by the Dims and some Republicans for the proposal. He said later that he wasn't talking about this administration, but future administrations.

Joan Swirsky writes some of the best stuff on the Interenet. Sadly the newsmedia, judiciary and legislative are bought and paid for. Obama is the Saudis employee and the Saudis are taking over Fox.

If so, why would the Saudis care so much about quashing potentially damning revelations about Obama? Have they also bought shares in Obama?

The Saudis paid for his Harvard Education with a grant from the Ford Foundation. The grant was sent through the Ford from the Saudis. Tim Gitners' parents controlled the Ford Foundation at the time. Why do you think the tax cheat Timmy got Sec. of Treasury?

There is also a group of left-wing trolls infecting FR that post to every thread distorting the facts concerning the BC issue.

You are absolutely correct, and some have been here for a while.

Re: the media blackout about the birth-certificate issue.

Quinn and Rose have been talking about it every day on their radio show. They are still on the air.

Are they defying the “blackout order” or is it that they just have the moral courage and intellectual honesty to go where no other talking heads dare go?
