Give poor Jason a break. He wasn't selling drugs, just giving them to ACORN and SEIU campaignworkers so they would hit the streets and buy a few votes with the drugs. Thats perfectly Kosher in national socialist Obamaland, ( and in Afghanistan too, where much to Carvel's chagrin, it hasn't worked for Abdhullah.)

Welcome to Obamaland. Jason is just the TIP of the iceberg. There are hundreds if not thousands of Jasons out there working for Obama, right in NY 23.

Honestly, I don’t like to by hypocritical and I’ll say the same thing I would if this guy were working on our side. How on earth can Corzine be responsible for this? It’s just one lone guy who made a choice. Please...there’s many things to get Corzine on..this is not one of them.

It’s not the crime, it’s the cover-up.

EAST RUTHERFORD — A Paramus man claiming to work for Gov. Jon Corzine’s reelection campaign was arrested Friday night on drug charges after police found Ecstasy tablets in his car, authorities said.

A Corzine spokeswoman said the man does not work for either the governor’s campaign or the Democratic State Committee.

Jason Shih, 25, was pulled over on Route 17 by East Rutherford police at about 11:30 p.m. last night for talking on his cell phone. Police found 19 Ecstasy tablets and hundreds of small glassine bags used for distributing drugs, police spokesman Capt. William Schanel said.

Schanel said Shih told police he was an official in Corzine’s campaign, and several tickets to tomorrow’s rally with President Obama at Newark’s Prudential Center were found in his car.

“As he’s exiting the vehicle, he’s stating it’s not mine,” Schanel said. “He just said I’m assistant deputy director of Gov. Corzine’s campaign, and they rented this vehicle for my use.”

Schanel said the vehicle was rented, but said it is unclear who rented it. He said Shih is not suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol — just very nervous.

“His hands were shaking,” Schanel said.

Jon-Corzine-speech.jpgFile photoGovernor Jon CorzineCorzine campaign spokeswoman Lis Smith said Shih’s claim is false.

“No one has ever heard of this guy,” she said.

Campaign finance records do not show any donations from Shih to political candidates in New Jersey.

Shih, released on $15,000 bail, is facing multiple drug-related charges, including possession of drugs, possession of drugs in a school zone, intent to distribute drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shih could not be immediately reached for comment.

Republican candidate Chris Christie declined to comment on the arrest.

Perhaps, but records show money going the other way.

Vellly, vellly intelesting:

WABC, PAGE NOT FOUND

I'd say the bigger story, the "meta-narrative", is that two separate stories, from separate sources, have both been scrubbed in a short period of time. Either the story has been falsified, or someone is controlling the flow of information and trying to shape reality.

"A “Jason Shih” is listed online as a deputy assistant director of the campaign."

Oh, just a coincidence I'm sure. No way the Corzine campaign would lie about something like this...right.
