Newt: "I am, however, deeply dissapointed that she has chosen to back Owens over Hoffman."

I Am Endorsing Doug Hoffman

Updated 11/1 - The race has evolved into a contest between a conservative and a pro-Pelosi, tax increase, big government liberal Democrat.

This is both a tribute to the power of the national conservative movement to define an issue and a commentary on the populist anger against politics-as-usual.

The New York GOP has now had two troubled special elections and it is clear they should go to a primary nominating system so everyone will feel it was fair and open.

The age of party leaders picking people is over.

Scozzafava did the right thing in dropping out. I am, however, deeply dissapointed that she has chosen to back Owens over Hoffman.

I am endorsing Doug Hoffman and believe everyone who wants to create jobs with lower taxes and to control spending and deficits should vote for Doug Hoffman Tuesday.

Newt enabled this to happen endorsing a RINO, then turning away and switching sides when he discovered he was going to be on the losing side.
So his endorsement, turned bad has turned out to be even worse since he turned on his first choice and now she is turning back on him.

Newt, keep your endorsements to yourself from now on. You have helped nobody. Not even yourself this time.

Anyone who promoted or endorsed this lady needs to take a permanent vacation.

“Newt once challenged the GOP’s liberal status quo. Now he’s part of the problem.”

Bears repeating.

Newt needs a LOT more time out of politics.

Newt, honey, repent, get yourself back together. You came back too soon, bless your heart.

Finally politics isn’t scripted. There are some upsets and disappointments for those who thought they could manipulate and craft their plans.

As much as I admire Gingrich, he has proven to be totally naïve on critical events over 20 years. I believe Newt regretably has a Nixonian complex in which he desperately craves acceptance by the MSM and the DC-NY Establishment.

I do hope all Hell is raining on Dede - not just now but for the next several years.

Let’s settle scores next week and put winning on Tuesday as the top priority.

Newt is DONE. In fact, just about all the “mainstream” Reoublican elite is finished. The future belongs to Palin.

Newt simply is not immune to the Beltway Virus whose symptoms seem to be a need to take more of my money and a desire to be liked by liberal assholes.

Doubt it.

Palin knew what this was about from the start and spoke up!

No mystery why we love her.

Why can't these fools just admit they made a big mistake? What is it about politician's egos that make them think they can pull to wool over our eyes with meaningless press releases and platitudes?

Newt screwed the pooch. He needs to go get a rabies shot and go away.

Okay, okay...just kidding about the lean part.
