I lived on the Ole Miss campus the first 6 months of my life. My father went to Ole Miss on a baseball scholarship. I was born red and blue through and through. For the last 30 years I’ve watched as “the enlightened” have stripped Ole Miss of every last piece of their heritage. The Confederate flag is gone. Colonel Reb is gone. The song “Dixie” is gone. The entire history and heritage of Ole Miss is gone. All in the name of diversity to gain the approval of those who will never be satisfied. Hell, I’m sure some find the word “Mississippi” offensive; how long until Ole Miss is just the “University of Diversity”?
