Those malt liquor hangovers are wicked. No relief until two or three PM sometimes.

The Democrats are holding back the big city voters until they know how many votes they need.

“In New Jersey, Turnout Higher In GOP and Swing Districts Than In Democrats”
Especially since those in GOP/swing areas are likely to be going to vote before going to work. “Going to work” isn’t necessarily an issue for those in dems’ districts.

It should only get heavier in the Republican district for those that work.
Those thugs don't work, so how is it going to get heavier?

Republican Districts more folks have to get up and go to work, democratic districts, that’s not the case, I wouldn’t write too much into the fact R districts have heavier turnouts in in the early AM.
To: freespirited
Every election it's the same pattern.
Republicans get up early, vote, then go to work.
A few Democrats wake up sometime around noon, and vote in the afternoon.
Republicans vote again in the evening after work.
Most Democrats hit the polls just before closing and stand in long lines that force some hack judge to order the polls be kept open for several hours after the established closing time, giving ACORN and SEIU enough time to comb the homeless shelters for last minute Democrats.

My town in Bergen County is quite Republican (we have a gun club and shooting range, and a creche right on the lawn of city hall each Christmas!)
It was the busiest I've ever seen it in a non-presidential election. Not packed by any means, but for most non-presidential contests, I'm often the only guy there not working for the election board.

Of course. People who work often vote before heading to work. People who don’t work can wait until the afternoon.
