They would just up the price on meth, cocaine and other assorted narcotics to make up for the difference. Keep it illegal, we don;t need the younger generations any dumber than what they are now.

That depends upon the goal of the ban. IMO, the ban is merely a means to an end. The real goal is an increase of governmental power and an enlargement of their sphere of influence. With that in mind, the ban is a smashing success.

This is the same reason why the fence was never finished, the border patrol is always under-staffed, our politicians put policies in place that reward illegal immigration, etc.
