I wish I could share this optimism. With regards to the 2 "federal" elections held, both in CA-10 and NY-23, 0bama won.
If anything, he'll use that as a mandate to move even further to the left.

....folks...we’ve got to get on the phones today and call our representatives in Washington...we CAN fight off Obamacare if we try.

Morris has it exactly right — it's what I was expecting as the biggest outcome from yesterday's elections.
Blue Dogs have to look at yesterday's results and start to quiver at the prospects of Pelosi and the Whip that the Dems are going to be demanding. “Maybe Nancy and Rahm were wrong to be dismissing the March on Washington and the Tea Parties and the Townhallers...” Hey, Blue Dogs: get ready for some really difficult votes!
Unfortunately, on the other hand, yesterday may also be telling these representatives that they are already toast so they might as well cast their lot with the devil and give in to passing these awful bills.
Meanwhile, look for the jobs report on Friday to show that the magic 10% level of unemployment has been breached.

Or they’re going to pass it and every other communist totalitarian law they can to spite America before they get replaced.
America is not a free country. This congress and this president are doing their best to destroy what was left of personal liberty and property rights.

CHRIS Christie's gutsy win Considering that was Corzine's biggest issue, the subliminal message apparently got through.

Morris is the most amoral creature in the political profession today. That makes him the most qualified to offer the best analysis on politics in this country. If I were running for office I'd want him as my guru.

This is more than a deathblow. Elections are about how much you can outspend your opponent and this guy in a Democrat corrupt state getting outspent 5 to 1. This is a borderline “miracle.”
Obama is in big trouble and because of his ego this will even be worse. He is going to be more hardened in the coming days and more disliked by the American people because of his policies. He will continue to try to ram rod things through.
In fact, I think Obama is more dangerous now then he was yesterday. He knows he is toast in 2010 during the congressional elections and probably in huge trouble in 2012.

I am kind of wondering if we are going to see a change in the Dem leadership in Congress in the coming days. Are Nancy an Reid’s days numbered? I hope not. I hope they continue to lead in their leftist agenda. There will be more devastating loses in 2010 if they are in charge.
