The "Shout Out" was simply a coded "Well done, bro's!"

His lamenting of 'horrific outburst of violence' was only mourning for poor, misunderstood Malik.

I really try not to let myself feel or contemplate the emotion that is called “hate”. But I am quickly failing at this endeavor when it comes to this imbecile.

This man is such a pathetic excuse for Leader of the (soon not to be) Free World. It’s disgusting how he behaves and is so so arrogant.

Aside from his “shout outs”, why does he have to have a script to speak about the tragedy that happened? I realize he has no heart, maybe that’s why he can never speak from it...?

So much for solemn reflection concerning the Military.

That was a repulsive display of priorities.

Disgraceful. I saw it, too. I was dumbstruck at first, but am seething beyond belief. Bush would have immeidately called for a moment of silence to honor those brave souls that have been lost. This jerk has defiled the office more than I could have ever have thought possible. GET HIM OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Local radio host WTAM 1100 voices over the intro "Is this some sort of a joke...cut to commercial until he starts talking about the soldiers at Ft Hood".....WTAM goes to commercial for about 2 minutes before cutting back to the president.

Remainder of show since then has been the host and infuriated callers calling about his incompetence.

My GF and I saw the “Shout Out” live on Fox.
We were both disgusted.

This is our president of the United States?

I couldn’t believe it! Talk about crass. He lacks any sort of decorum befitting the office of the Presidency.

For comparison:

“In Sarasota, Fla., Tuesday morning, before attacks spread to Washington:

Ladies and gentlemen, this is a difficult moment for America. I unfortunately will be going back to Washington after my remarks. Secretary Rod Paige and the lieutenant governor will take the podium and discuss education.

I do want to thank the folks here at the Booker Elementary School for their hospitality.

Today we’ve had a national tragedy. Two airplanes have crashed into the World Trade Center in an apparent terrorist attack on our country. I have spoken to the vice president, to the governor of New York, to the director of the FBI, and I’ve ordered that the full resources of the federal government go to help the victims and their families and to conduct a full-scale investigation to hunt down and to find those folks who committed this act.

Terrorism against our nation will not stand.

And now if you join me in a moment of silence.

May God bless the victims, their families and America. Thank you very much.”

We officially have our worst president ever. He shouldn’t have even been a US senator to be honest.

Totally inappropriate and sickening. It’s hard to chart “new lows” for Obama, but this one certainly registers big-time.

Much was made of Bush’s response, at the elementary school in Florida, when his aid wispered in his ear that tha WTC had been struck by an aircraft ... Bush remained quiet as he contemplated for a moment before leaving the children to meet with his aides in private. Much was made of this ... portrayed by the dirtbag Michael Moore and others in the liberal MSM as Bush being unresponsive and clueless as to what action to take. Rest assured Barak Hussein Obama’s entirely inappropriate reaction to the terrorist murders at Fort Hood will never see the light of day.

Well, what would you expect from a guy who is friends with someone who, as a member of a terrorist group (Bill Ayers/Weather Underground), targeted U.S. military facilities?

From HumanEvents.com, April 29, 2008:
"By all accounts, he [Obama friend and associate, Bill Ayers] was a ferocious, violent, revolutionary Marxist in his halcyon days as a Weatherman leader. He and his Weatherman bombers were enamored of Ho Chi Minh, Che Guevara, Fidel Castro, Mao Tse-tung -- indeed, all the murderous heroes on the Left. Referring to the Weatherman members in August 1969, he said (according to the FBI): 'We’re revolutionary Communists.'

He got off on the group’s multiple explosions, too, and discusses them rather lovingly in his memoir.

Ideal Bombing Weather:
'Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon,' he writes (although he concedes it was really a group effort). 'The sky was blue. The birds were singing. And the bastards were finally going to get what was coming to them.' (p. 256 in the 2003 edition.)

From David Horowitz's FrontPageMag.com/DiscoverTheNetworks.org:
March 6, 1970: "three members of the Weather Underground accidentally killed themselves in a Manhattan townhouse while attempting to build a powerful bomb they had intended to plant at a social dance in Fort Dix, New Jersey -- an event that was to be attended by U.S. Army soldiers. Hundreds of lives could have been lost had the plot been successfully executed."

"The bomb was intended to be planted at a non-commissioned officer's dance at Fort Dix, New Jersey.
The bomb was packed with nails to inflict maximum casualties upon detonation."

"It was at the Chicago home of [Bill] Ayers and [Bernardine] Dohrn that Obama, then an up-and-coming 'community organizer,' had his political coming out party in 1995. Not content with this rite of passage in Lefty World — where unrepentant terrorists are regarded as progressive luminaries, still working 'only to educate' — both Obamas tended to the relationship with the Ayers."
