The official says investigators are trying to determine if Hasan was his birth name, or if he changed his name and converted to the Islamic faith at some point in his life.

Oh c'mon, what are the odds of that? ;') The big question is, how did he get into college, and who paid the bill? And for that matter, did he ever take an unexplained vacation in Pakistan? And why is he "believed" to be in his 30s? No birth certificate?
