Most if not all msm deleted the first two minutes of blah blah blah and skipped right to the shooting statement.
I was actually quoting from the article when I typed “who’s advising him???” ... I know full well who is advising the moron and it sickens me every day.
Reportedly, his original text was
“I wasn’t there, I don’t know what happened. But the US Military personel on hand acted stupidly when they shot Mr. Hassan.”

I think it was the wrong choice also. But I have no problem with Obama's words on the situation and at a time when American soldiers have just been murdered and are fighting for their lives, some might consider it an inappropriate time and situation to take what many mught consider nitpicking potshots at their commander-in-chief.

Its like, after you watch 9/11 on tv, then expect the president to come on national tv to talk about the incident. Instead he spend 3 minutes on something else, and you’re wondering, um,, whats going on here, why isn’t he talking about the Fort Hood incident. That 3 minute was surreal

After his response to his statement yesterday where he waited 3 minutes to address the tragedy, do you consider criticism of him to be a “nit-picking potshot”????
I understand your attempt to be fair but this guy hates the military in my opinion and he could care less if a few of our guys were murdered. He’s a muslim sympathizer plain and simple.
I remember some pundits complaining that Bush remained too calm after 9/11, thinking he should have jumped up and run from the classroom, which would have scared the kids. jmo
Ever since I saw Obama’s shameful display yesterday afternoon, I’ve had a recurring mental picture of President Bush (and I’ve had my problems with him over the years.) sitting at his desk, hands quietly folded, somberly speaking to the American People about some tragedy - and there were several on his watch - and reassuring us that things were going to be set right....
What a contrast...

While I believe his reliance on TOTUS indicates significance weakness on the part of Obama, I must disagree about him having no real feelings for this incident. Further, I believe his true feelings about the incident are readily apparent in his response to it.
He has disdain for the members of the military, which is far more egregious than having disdain for the military as an institution. That is why we are appalled and outraged.
Uhm... nobody? Which is why he comes off looking again like the narcissistic fool that he really is...
