egarding Hamas, Yadlin said the Gaza-based terror group now has a rocket with a 60-kilometer range that can reach Tel Aviv, and has already successfully test-fired it into the Mediterranean Sea. He said Hamas had also smuggled in Iranian-produced Fajr-style rockets, and overall has a better rocket capability than before the Gaza War last winter.

I believe that Hamas, Fatah and Hezbollah want to force Israel into using their nuclear capability in order to legitimize Iran's rush to building a nuke. That is my opinion. THey know that Israel knows this and are playing blind man's bluff as Israel knows without a shadow of a doubt Iran will nuke it.

Don't worry about a missile coming from Iran, It will come from a ship offshore. All you need is a SCUD with a 100 mile range and Israel becomes a wasteland.

This whole notion that we have to worry about ballistic missiles is ridiculous. They'll load a Scud on deck, hidden behind fake containers, and when they're 100-200 miles offshore, light it off, scuttle the ship and disappear.

You smuggle the warhead out of the country in pieces, assemble it along with the missile on board and Israel will glow for a thousand years.

Of course there will be nuclear war.

The policies of appeasement make that almost a guarantee.

Israel becomes a wasteland.

Israel will glow for a thousand years.

Just like Hiroshima, and Nagasaki?

Get ready. Things are happening on ALL fronts this month. Can the world survive Christmas intact? I doubt it. But even if it does, it almost certainly cannot go much farther without major change. Even more than we’ve experienced the last year.

Israel will not glow for 1000 years. They will win that war.

They will have help, though--be sure of it--and it won't be the US.

I think what ALLAH plans for the Chosen one’s is a bit more powerful than what hit Japan. Like in THERMONUCLEAR, not megatons.

So yes, for a very long time.

A SCUD is a ballistic missile.

I personally believe the book of Revelations. I am saying that this is what THEY hope for and plan.

I am not saying it won’t be different.

Israel may glow, but the Son of Man and the Messiah will return to end all time.

Amen

yes it is, but it won’t have to fly very far if launched from a ship.

They will use it tactically not strategically.

Ugg. You show no understanding of the meaning of “ballistic missile”, “tactical” or “strategic”.

BS. No rogue states are anyway near developing thermonuclear weapons. I doubt if Iran and North Korea could manage a 50 kt weapon between them. Megatons? Not in our lifetime.

Huh?

Nobody's said anything about a thermonuclear weapon being developed by Iran. More commonly known as the "H-Bomb," a thermonuclear warhead is a fusion weapon, and it actually needs a fission weapon to trigger it.

Iran is developing a fission weapon using enriched uranium, similar to the Hiroshima bomb, "Little Boy." The Nagasaki bomb, "Fat Man" used plutonium.

In my humble opinion, unless some people get their fingers out of that well known location and do something, Israel should be digging fallout shelters with blast doors well supplied with food, water and toilets. Something bad is going to happen, one just can’t say when. Unless, the other side can’t make a move because they are engaged with their 72 virgins.

Kozak, YOu need not use a ballistic missile trans continentally or inter continentally. Yes, I do understand the word Ballistic.

You may use a strategic weapon as a tactical, it is simple english. It may be using a hammer to crack an egg, but it can happen and it will happen if Iran gets the bomb.

Strategic, well just see the sentence above.

You seem to be stuck on preconceived use of weapons and think in terms that they are limited by the verbiage we place on them.

What would you call an trans-oceanic airliner taking out the World Trade Center? You think that was Strategic and not tactical?

Kozak,

There are Strategic weapons.

There are Tactical weapons.

One may use a Strategic weapon in a tactical manner.

One may not use a tactical weapon in a strategic manner unless you consider something like assassination (Archduke Ferdinand etc, and the resulting World War as a strategic operation. One could say that the tactics of Princip had Strategic implications as is clearly did. ] However, as I mentioned earlier...

Using a SCUD missile in a tactical assault, would be just fine to the Iranians and that the missile fitted with a nuclear warhead may not come from Iran, but from a SCUD launched offshore. Would that assault also have strategic importance, of course. but you are confusing weaponry with politics and that is not what I am talking about.

You can argue the tactical or strategic manner of that operation all you want, but the fact remains that Iran is going to do it.

I don’t really care how you define it.

“Israel will not glow for 1000 years. They will win that war.”

Not mutually exclusive:

1 “Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and that day that is coming will set them on fire,” says the LORD Almighty. “Not a root or a branch will be left to them. 2 But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall. 3 Then you will trample down the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I do these things,” says the LORD Almighty. - Mal 4

If you guys don’t think God has plans for Israel to survive, you haven’t been paying attention to the last few thousand years of history.

I’ve been saying for a while that to reveal the truth about the Temple’s location you would have to remove the Dome of the Rock and a few inches of topsoil. Iran and the President just might end up doing that for us all.
