The crime would be domestic terrorism or inciting a riot if you prefer.

So you agree that it is perfectly legal to run around advocating the death of persons you believe have different views than you, provided you use religion as a shield.

Is that really your belief?

And if there is a crime committed then I don't have a problem with prosecuting. But the crime that you've tried and convicted them of is not domestic terrorism but the crime of being Muslim. You would have them interned, banned from the military, and God knows what else on those grounds alone. That was wrong in 1942 and it's wrong today.
