I only have 17 within 33 miles of me and the closest is 6 miles away.

This is a Muslim Students Association. Its purpose is to provide services for Muslim students and to educate the Duquesne community about Islam. Suggestions, partnerships with other MSA's, and joint organization of events are welcome.
* Duquesne MSA has just elected its new administration. Insha'a Allah, it will reverse its past dormant state and continue to be active. Many events have been scheduled for next year (2008/2009). EVERYONE is welcome to join.
Freakin' Duquesne University! It's a Catholic school. I was there for 3 years in the early 70's. No matter what your faith some professors made everyone recite The Lord's Prarer andcross thenselves before class. I'm a Presby and had no problem with it at all. It's a CATHOLIC SCHOOL!
There were a couple of Jewish fellows who caused quite a stir because they refused.
The thing was it wasn't them refusing...they could have just stood quietly and let the rest of us say prayers..but they would do everything they could to disrupt.
Eventually..sadly...the school gave in.
I transferred to Pitt, which was like jumping from the pan into the fire, LOL!

I had no idea how many are that close to me. Some are doctors offices (shrinks), travel agencies, computer repair and parts stores. Must be over 30 within 10 miles. Unbeliveable

My tolerance for the Muslims is GONE!! I want them out of my country and I want their mosques razed. Their violent and ignorant religion has no place in a civilized society.
Allah Damn it...got an Islamic Center in my “town”. I had no idea...only been here since July. Crap.
Hmmmmm....shows PREPAID LEGAL SERVICES in one city to be a Muslim owned business....
The Mosque Al-mujahideen is in an even boondockier town than where we are; but it is only about forty miles away from Eglin AFB. Rural Laurel Hill had less than 600 people in 2004; the one school there is PK-12. This is an area more likely to have KKK still scattered about.
Five of the businesses are doctors and the sixth is an engineering/construction management consulting company that deals with government agencies.
Very concerning.
