Why is this man RNC Chairman? Because the rich Liberal White guys who currently run the GOP needed a token minority to put up opposed to the token minority the Rich Liberal White Guys in the Democrat Party put in the White House.

This guy is as gaffe-prone as a certain Vice President.
No Michael, conservatives are not scared of you. You've just made it too obvious that you are all too willing to compromise conservative principles.
To: RobinMasters
Oh go self copulate Steele.

Youre absolutely right. I mean Ive been in the room and theyve been scared of me. Im like, Im on your side and so I can imagine going out there and talking to someone like you, you know, [you're like,] Ill listen. And theyre like Well. Let me tell you. You saw in Christie and you saw in McDonnell a door open because they went in and engaged. McDonnell was very deliberate about spending Leaving aside the annoying like stuff (I'm like/they're like), Steele is telling us that Christie and McDonnell won because they are white guys who aren't afraid of him? Sheesh.

Afraid? In what dream world is this clown living? What he senses is “White Folks” controlling their tongues.

Nayh... “gaffe” implies that he said something that he didn’t mean to say.
I think he made himself perfectly clear, and said exactly what he meant. No “gaffe” here.

Dear Mr. Steele,
To the extent that anyone is “scared” of you, please consider the possibility that it has more to do with your stewardship of the GOP than the color of your skin. Furthermore, you might consider that the ability to stick your foot all the way down your throat may contribute to the alleged fear.
Some of us prefer actualy conservatives who support others who fall into the same classification.
Sincerely,
Someone who no longer contributes to the GOP

The phrase “some white folks” was Martin’s NOT Steele’s.
Just grow up and read slowly!
Y’all are scaring me.

It's probably akin to spending a couple of thousand dollars on a Vegas goodwill ambassador and later hearing she has some vile genital disease...
