Carrie Prejean on Tuesday defended a recently surfaced erotic video of her as a youthful indiscretion and questioned whether it could actually be called a “sex tape” since no one else appears in it.
Prejean admitted to making the video of herself and sending it to her boyfriend when she was 17 years old.

Ok, it is ok for Bill Clinton to claim that oral sex isn’t sex, but for Ms Prejean to claim masturbation isn’t sex isn’t allowed. The fact of the matter is, most people masturbate, men and women. Many, many young teens make videos and send them to their boyfriend/girlfriend is doesn’t make them perverts, it makes them normal. Yep, they shouldn’t send tapes to their dates but then again we don’t live in a perfect world do we?
I disagree with your assertion that it is a sex tape if the following observations are correct.
Distribution was not the purpose of the video.
Profit or monetary gain was not the purpose of the video.
The subject of the video was not a celebrity at the time the tape was created.

Back when we found out she had a boob job for a beauty pageant I told everyone on this site supporting her 100% down the line to do so was dangerous as she was way to young, ignorant and misguided to be a role model much less a spokesperson or icon of the anti homosexual crowd.

She made it, she forwarded it, now it is the wooden stake in her lawsuit that would have completely vindicated her. I’m not sure who is more foolish, Prejean or the people who continue to put her on a pedestal.

So, let me get this straight...I am confused. Did I not read articles and blogs that basically said Carrie accepted far less settlement from the pageant because of her worry they would expose this so called sex tape? And, Carrie committed what crime? And the pageant if this is true is free to blackmail Carrie? And then, they release the info about the tape anyway? And Carrie is guilty of what? And the pageant is held up in esteem by whom? Please help me out on this one, it is really quite confusing to me.
