I have to wonder if he was even board certified? Becoming an MD is the easy part, it is everything that comes after wards which is tough.

Here's his Virginia license info. He's not board certified in Psychiatry:

He appears to have been too busy studying Islam to learn much about psychiatry. What a cruel joke.

medical corp, the promotion to Major was probably tied to completion of training and certification.

I hate the idea of allowing this man to treat psych patients. There are other types of wounds besides gunshots. A bad psychiatrist is worse than a bad surgeon, lots of scars, harder to diagnose and cure.
