Thanks for the head´s up. I´m not anti-religion but I wil call out foolishness wrapped in pseudo-christianity masquerading as science when I see it. If Jim R doesn´t want me to do that, he can show me the door. It´s his site after all.

Means nothing, despite all the binky bawling and rattle-shaking.

*chortle*

Well played!

You sound almost scared of the evidence, you know you’re going to be found on the wrong side of this done you? What’s the half life a blood cell again?

Your statements are the same the athiests democrats try to pull, any argument against darwin is an argument for God, and therefor banned in the marketplace of ideas, and so, right out of the box you attack the person with mockery and distane, you are on the wrong site, I think you’re supposed to be logged in over on moveon.org, you’d fit in nicely over there ...

Have you been to this website before? I would venture to guess that 99% of Freepers are creationists.

I've been to this website before and I have never thought that the creationists had even 50%. Most of the creationist threads are posted by the same small group of people and I don't see how there could be lively discussions on this topic if one side was outnumbered 99 to 1.

Amen to most of that, ESPECIALLY the last part.

The most important part is that one knows and accepts Christ. Beyond that, it can best be summed up that you need to “work out your salvation with fear and trembling.” I for one will stand before God and not have the embarrassment of having pointed at His Book and telling others “That Book lies!”

Having accepted Jesus, You are then also directed to spread His Gospel, His Word. In John 1:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2The same was in the beginning with God.

3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Jesus is the Word and the Gospel. It is hard to spread that Gospel while also declaring parts of it false.

Read Genesis again, it deliberately describes a day:

And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

4And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

5And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Evening and morning. Not ‘some period of time’.

Having said all that, neither, directly, does the Bible say EXACTLY how long ago it was, though many have ‘worked out a date. 4000? 5000? 6000? Perhaps, Millions, not so much.

When we do finally meet Him, He may just ask many who did not believe what is written... “Couldn’t you read?”

Or perhaps the question is really, for your mocking disbelief in His Son, will you be thrown into Hell overhand or underhand?

Evolution is a hoax, there is no presentable evidence to show a change of form from one morphology to another. Lots of bones, lots of ideas, no factual corroboration. And a problem I think is that people confuse ‘adaptation’ with ‘evolution’. One exists and has been observed, one does not and hasn’t.

While it is expected that those who have no or little belief in God would find this Theory appealing, it is saddening to hear professed Christians supporting it.

You will ndeed someday have your intorduction to the Creator, hope that works out for you.

It is easy for you to call a person of Faith a Luddite....But Science is a great tool. Lots of good, useful things have been discovered. A Creation-believing Christian (which SHOULD be the only kind) is not anti-science. Not at all. Such a person just understands and believes that God has described to us how the world and life began. And a man-made Theory just doesn’t stand up.

Talk about knee jerk evo response. As usual, just using a crevo thread as a springboard with which to attack creationists, Christians, and belief in the Bible.

You wouldn’t happen to have an actual comment about the article, would you?

GGG is not contesting whether or not it was fossilized. That it was is obvious. However, How is tissue ‘millions’ of years old, still fresh enough to have softer organic parts still intact? Fossilization has been shown that it can be a rapid process.

THAT is the basis here. Having sofetr tissue still intact is the key.

God has described this to you? Did he speak English or Greek?

Then in that case, the statement stands. Jesus was and is the Jewish Messiah.

That’s an answer?

Can’t an evo just straight up answer a question for a change?

Which is very likely why the entire evo contribution to this thread has nothing to do with the topic of the thread, but rather is just a springboard for mocking and ridiculing non-evos.

Read it, it is in Genesis, but I am sure that you knew that and your statement is specious in nature. The story of Creation is not very long and someone of todays culture, conditioned to sound bites Should be able to focus long enough to get through it.

That reminds me of the question I asked of you awhile back and you refuse to answer.

Is God the Intelligent Designer?
