He should be charged with TREASON.

Not only can a president pardon someone for a federal crime before that person has been convicted, he could pardon him before he’s even been charged. Remember Ford’s pardon of Nixon.

Obama didn’t stop John Muhammad’s execution, though some people here were sure he would out of Muslim loyalty. I think Obama will let military justice be carried out in this case. He has to think about getting re-elected after all.

Execution REQUIRES the President's approval. It won't happen.
P.S. Muhammed's execution was not his call.
