This blog post does a good job of explaining the key role the AG plays in authorizing investigations of intercepted American phone calls. We know that Hasan's calls were interecepted. We know that investigation was shut down. Therefore, the blogger aserts, we know that Holder is the man who pulled the plug on it.

So this is perhaps as much distraction of his own personal problems as it is merely another politically correct stupidity of the type we have come to expect with frightening regularity from the incompetent Obama administration.
