This is mindboggling.
Am I understanding this right? Obama and Holder is bringing the masterminds of 9/11 to America. To be tried for an act of war in our criminal courts. We are constantly told that we are no longer in danger. Even though we have just been attacked again by another member who met together under the same spiritual leader as the 9/11 terrorists.
I don't know what you're talking about. The only thing that happened recently is that someone with a middle eastern sounding name cracked under the pressure of America's love of guns and committed a common crime that wouldn't have happened if "cop killer" ammo and assault weapons were banned.

I heard about this while listening to Rush this morning on the way to daughters ballet class. I could not believe it.
And then I thought, they, the left leaning lawyers, are going to go out of their way to make the US seem SO BAD, that they are going to set this up so that this muslim punk will be found NOT GULITY.
I do not know how. But that is the goal. This is going to be bigger than trying to get ‘Bush’ on war crimes. This is going to put this NATION on trial for even going into Iraq, for doing anything to muslims, for being America.
Sigh.
People living in NYC won’t be too happy about having these terrorists being tried a couple of blocks from the WTC.
This is the guy who will soon defend in court the concept of "holding facilities", i.e., camps, for opponents of the Obama regime.

I can’t imagine that they would be, although I heard on Fox a little while ago that Mayor Bloomberg thinks it’s a swell idea.
The Obama refused to accept the guilty plea and now want to have an all out civilian trial where the terrorists are given all the rights of U.S. citizens. This article is an excellent analysis of what is really going on. When they are aquitted or when their case is appealed on some minor technicality the Obama people will let them go free.
Americans want justice and will see early in the trial that they just might not get it.
As if the Tea Parties needed another recruiting tool to swell their numbers!
