Holder pardoned FALN terrorists and Mark Rich, this should be a piece of cake.

Amazing how quickly they get put in jail when you finally get them into the courtroom.
He’ll be out in 3 years and be back in Congress in 5... Think Marion Berry.

Yeah, we NEED term limits, Captain Obvious. But no congress will EVER allow that to happen. If you believe the term limits can be instituted, you must also believe in the tooth fairy. De Facto term limits, however, are another matter. If you vote YOUR congresscrook out of office next November, we will be 2/435ths of the way there (check my tagline).

For those unfamiliar with the federal system this means he WILL spend at least a few months more than 11 years in prison. There is no parole and 85% of a federal sentence is the mandatory minimum. Bye bye Cold cash see you in 2021.

Voting your congressman out of office is like being crucified, in a way.
You don’t have enough votes by yourself to vote him/her out. You need help.
Likewise, you don’t have enough hands to crucify yourself. You need help.
(OK, it’s not perfect, but it did make you think, right?)

Federal inmates must serve their whole sentence, except that they earn a “good time” of 54 days reduction in sentence for every full year served with no disciplinary findings.
So, if a person is sentenced to 45 months, his sentence will be reduced to a little over 43 months after he completed his first year trouble free, to 41 months after his second year, and to 39 months (plus about 18 days) after his third year.
No good time is earned for a partial year, and any disciplinary punishment costs you your whole years good time.
To: Justaham
Jefferson is the reason why we should have term limits. And criminal misuse of firearms is why we should have gun control.
Sorry, but no.
Misuse of franchise isn't a reason we should remove it from all. It's the best way to say to a politician, "no matter what you do, you are wholly separated from your constituency." And it begs the question: "If you don't trust the voters on the candidates last term, why could you trust them for the previous term? Or the one before that?" and then, "Why trust them at all?"
