We all know what this is all about...payoff to all the Bush-haters.

As Gen. McInerney said yesterday, this is "An affront to every American killed.”

Now, obamination and holder will let him walk because he can’t get a fair trial anywhere in the country—OR—make sure the jury is only muslims(you know—his peers)

Maybe it’s part of Napolitano’s immigration plan. Commit a terrorist act against the US, and we’ll give you honorary citizenship.

I hope New Yorkers are outraged and are loud and clear about it. Bloomberg is fine with it, of course.

If the same New Yorkers voted for BO (like most did)—I say “Go piss up a rope-you got what you wanted last November, now enjoy the consequences”

I really have no sympathy for New Yorkers here. They voted for the guy in droves.

“”I will believe until the day I die that Sept. 11 was an act of war and not just another criminal act,” former Mayor Rudy Giuliani said. “This confirms my worst expectations for the Obama administration, that they would be in denial with regard to the danger of Islamic terrorism.” “

Here we go.

Gerald Nadler says that trying them in the shadow of what was once the WTC, is poetic justice.

Maybe for the Dems who think the US deserves punishment but if he thinks that this is a way of making the terrorists realize that they were wrong in any way, he’s out of his &^%$#ing mind.

Geraldo was arguing with O’Reilly last night. Of course the sympathizer thinks they should be tried in NYC. When was the last time NY put someone to death? This is a travesty.

that what it comes down to, this is for all the bds infested liberals. its a win - win for them.

-when the muslime world goes nuts over trial testimony about waterboarding, the libs will cluck about “bush did it, is his fault”
-if they get convictions, the libs will smirk, and say “we were right”
if they walk, the libs will smirk and say “ they got away because of the bush doctrine”

its all about hatred of GWB for them, noting else matters

Well, since you refuse to respond maybe your boss will tell me what the problem is...after 8 years and almost 5,000 threads I’ve posted, I guess I am allowed a second of his time.

By the end of the trial and OJ style acquittal, New York will give them a ticker-tape parade.

Good evening.

I hope KSM is found not guilty by some technicality...like no Miranda warning, habeas corpus, a right to a speedy trial, or some such thing (only granted to U.S. citizens). Then when acquitted he, like everyone else found not guilty, is let out the front door of the court house. No escort, no nothing.

In the fwiw department, my money is on the New Yorkers.
