Bringing money to Ill. How many million billions to house these animals in Chicago?

I heard today that the move will bring 3000 new jobs to Illinois. I'm sure they will all be good ol' American UNION jobs. Can you say SEIU? I also heard that we had spent 24 billion dollars on fixing up Gitmo. No telling how many billions we will spend to fix up the prison in Illinois! Again, more union jobs to do the renovating.
