Stimulus Fraud

The Economy: We knew something was funny when the White House claimed that 640,000 to 1 million jobs had been created from this year's stimulus. What we didn't know was that it would turn into a massive fraud.

Not only have 640,000 new jobs not been created from the stimulus — an absurd claim, given the economy's loss of nearly 4 million payroll positions this year — but it now seems that even the jobs themselves are fictional.

Thanks to the digging of a number of data sleuths, it turns out that many of the jobs reported by states come from made-up congressional districts.

This would be funny if it weren't a criminal waste of public funds. And yet, G. Edward DeSeve, who runs the government's economic recovery program, says the errors are "relatively few" and "don't change the fundamental conclusions one can draw from the data."

Excuse us? The "relatively few" errors are in fact thousands in number. But that's the pernicious place we find ourselves today — a public official defending shoddy accounting that looks an awful lot like fraud to the tune of billions of dollars.

One example: the 15th Congressional District of Arizona, where 30 jobs were salvaged with $761,420 in spending, according to Recovery.gov, the official government Web site. As ABC News reports: "There is no 15th Congressional District in Arizona; the state has only eight districts."

30 jobs at $761,420? That’s roughly $220k each. What kind of jobs are those?

Yes and the rest of them. Interesting and exciting times are coming. Kind of like the movie Casblanca. Have faith. We will prevail. We always do. I look forward to the battle.
Be prepared and keep the faith. It will not be BORING. Bust out and embrace the coming excitement. I was tired of watching. More people are becoming aware every day.

Then, pray tell, where did the $761,420 in Chinese investment go?

bwahahahahah

even ABC covered it IN FULL -

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/jobs-saved-created-congressional-districts-exist/story?id=9097853

and the LA Slimes blasted him for something yesterday - can’t remember what -

the rats are deserting the ship - or, at least, it's getting crowed on the stern...

And The One made a laughing stock of himself world wide with his totally ridiculous bow and bob, bob, bob in Japan.

Then China took him to the wood shed, told to stuff the gloBULL climate crappola, they won't be signing on - nor most of the Asian nations...AND China advised him against the health care bill because of it's enormous cost...they are, after all, now our bank.

Once again, bambi comes home with egg on his face...and people/media are begining to distance themselves from him. Rats do not go down with the ship.

I'm feeling hopeful

That's a hell of a lot better advice than he's getting at home from High Priest Algore and his ilk.

"Stimulus Fraud"

An oxymoron, considering the stimulus itself was a fraud.

Just consider how large that fraud was. They could have paid for most of their healthcare destruction with what the porkulus cost. It's nothing more than a slush fund used to funnel money to democrat constituents, and to backup state deficits for this year. It was probably the greatest fraud ever brought upon the American people, right along with TARP.

Beat the drum. This is the largest act of fraud perpetrated on the American people in the history of the US. They took almost a trillion dollars and handed it out to their friends. I’ve been saying this since it was passed. Maybe people will catch on and see what criminals we have in Washington. They are destroying our Country, taking power and laughing all the way to the bank.

How very fitting that we have fake jobs from a fake president.
