Asian voters switching to Republicans? ... All this evidence strongly suggests that Republicans made gains and Democrats suffered significant losses among Asian, and specifically among Indian-American voters, in Middlesex County. This upscale group, ready enough to vote for John Kerry in 2004 and Barack Obama in 2008, seems to have been repelled by New Jerseys high taxes and big government under Jon Corzine. There should be some lessons here for Republicans generallyand for Democrats as well.

It is going to take a while to undo the damage that George Bush did with Asian American voters. The cowboy act, the legacy admit / frat boy history, the willingness to put religion above science, and the visible discomfort with sophisticated ideas and speech ... he couldn’t have been more of a turn-off to Asian American. McCain didn’t help much with his “gook” stuff...
After watching Hunter during the last primary I decided that we need far less debates among our own candidates and more mixed debates. The man is absolutely fearless in facing opposition head on.
After the CNN debate, he sent out letters to democrat candidates asking them to send morre ringers with questions. LOL
I am beginning to think that CC Republicans are ONLY Republicans to distance themselves from the “commoner” Democrats. They seem to not even care about fiscal conservatism anymore.

Asians tend to be very hardworking, value science and math and facts, and keep their spirituality to themselves
