The task force from George Washington University Policy Institute was started in April of 2008, which was before anyone knew who was going to be in the election, much less who won the election.
Let's say that John McCain and Sarah Palin won the election -- you would then be pointing out to us -- now -- that Nidal was on John McCain's Presidential Task Force (using the same reasoning as you're using now...).
The document speaks of the priorities at the transition of the future President.
Took me about two minutes to read it myself.
