Still, some fans said they planned to return their copies of “Going Rogue.” ..........................Yeah, because they won’t be able to sell the book on eBay.

If the past is any indicator, Sarah will make it right with these people regardless of Borders.

^ planned to return their copies of "Going Rogue." ^

Why? Are they going to at least read them first?

Maybe they only bought them for the value they'd have with a signature, to resell? Now they're not going to be worth as much so they're returning them?

Palin’s “advance” personnel should know that 1000 people aren’t going to make it through the line in 3 hours. That’s 5-6 people per minute, and from what I heard, folks were alowed two items to sign and (invariably) an occasional photo-op request.

I’m not faulting Palin, yet her handlers and PR team need to do better job.

“Still, some fans said they planned to return their copies of “Going Rogue.”

Those kinds of folks were never true fans to begin with.

Yeah ... that’s how these book signings sometimes go. I remember when Nancy Pelosi went on her book signing tour. The MSM lapdog media promoted it slavishly .... but, poor Nancy. As it turned out, nobody gave a rat’s ass what Nancy had to say and many of the book signings were simply cancelled. The ones which weren’t cancelled were miserable flops. Too bad. Maybe she can sell a few copies the next time she marches with the Folsom Street Fair. Google it.

Expect liberal media and bloggers to spin negative reports about Sarah’s book tour.
Expect planted ‘unhappy customers’ to be interviewed by the the likes of Andrea Mitchell and Norah O’Donnell.

I bought my copy at Borders today. No Sarah Palin anywhere around but that didn’t matter. I bought it to read; not sell for profit. The table was well picked over, like there had been a run and the staff hadn’t had a chance to straighten it up yet. A nearby table with the latest James Patterson novel looked pristine. The sales clerk said “I can’t believe how many we’ve sold”, or words to that affect. I replied “I’m not”.

I saw and heard the video on this.
The chanting that went on was an obvious staged liberal Kabuki Slapstick

Maybe the store should become aware that customers will stop buying their books, and their profits will go way down, when they do things like trying to sabotage Sarah Palin.
