Well, I grew up outside of NYC, and there were places I knew not to go when I was a kid.

And there were occasional black muggers who came south from Harlem and did their bit.

But black gangs beating up whites in the good parts of town, or black thugs gang raping and murdering whites in the South, seem to be on the rise.

It’s hard to tell, because it’s just an impression, not a statistical analysis, since no one is about to give us statistics.

We lived there in 1953. My dad made sure we had our car doors locked when driving downtown but he still had a pistol stolen from his glove box one night.
