BREAKING: San Diego ACORN Document Dump Scandal by Derrick Roach

On October 1st, 2009 California Attorney General Jerry Brown announced that an investigation had been opened into ACORN’s activities in California, resulting from undercover videos showing employees seemingly offering to assist the undercover film makers with human smuggling, child prostitution and even tax advice to boot.

Although ACORN has denied any wrongdoing, some of the employees involved were terminated, and ACORN has publicly stated that they would fully cooperate with any investigations that followed.

Interestingly, the local head ACORN organizer in California, David Lagstein was caught on tape earlier this month speaking to an East County Democratic Club.

Mr. Lagstein stated: “…the attorney general is a political animal, but certainly every bit of the communication we have had with them has suggested that the fault will be found with the people that did the video and not the people with ACORN.”

Continuing, Mr. Lagstein stated: “…we are fully cooperating, some of the investigators visited our office this morning and I think they really understand what’s going on.”

Shockingly, we now learn that the ACORN office in National City (San Diego County) engaged in a massive document dump on the evening of October 9th, containing thousands upon thousands of sensitive documents, just days prior to the Attorney General’s visit.

BigGovernment.com has learned that not only did this document dump occur, but the documents in question were irresponsibly and brazenly dumped in a public dumpster, without considering laws and regulations as to how sensitive information should be treated.

Too many Black people involved for there ever to be any meaningful investigation or prosecution. It is racist to hold Blacks responsible for anything.

I guess those idiots never heard of a shredder. Good thing someone was monitoring the activity and retrieved the dumped documents.

Big Government put out a tape last week of the SD Office saying they had been told by the AG’s office the investigation would come out in their favor... so this is no shock.

The night before an FBI raid on the Boston ACORN office, there was a “break-in” and all their computers were stolen. Who did the FBI confide in? Was it Martha Coakley? Who tipped off ACORN?

I’m of the opinion that James and Hanna deserve the Pulitzer for exposing such massive corruption on their own and risking their own safety

talk about exposing truth despite power...

(I think they’d be the first Internet journalists to receive a Pulitzer... which would be very cool)

The Global Warming debacle at CRU is atypical, I think. Usually, the Leftist activists get plenty of warning and manage to dump the incriminating evidence before the authorities show up.

ACORN should have been RICO'd, but perhaps they have enough friends in high places to escape all penalties.

“I am a local licensed private investigator. I took it upon myself to keep an eye on what the local ACORN office was up to, in light of the release of the undercover videos. I retrieved these documents from the public dumpster.”

Good Man!

Here's the beautiful thing about this:

A shyster lawyer heads to SD and tells the ex-ACORN employees that they can SUE baby SUE!!!!

I remember an ACORN office being broken into either right before or after the elections. Is that the same one? Is all seemed a bit fishy at the time.

Apparently the aren't following the lead of the Clinton era ... when shredding incriminating documents was all the rage.

Blacks are getting overconfident they can do anything with King Obama as their leader. This shi@ will catch up to some of them that are acting like criminals.
