I have had hope that at some point the military might step in to save us from the obamination - sort of like Honduras - but obviously they’re too busy being PC to lift a finger. Seeing Gen Casey on TV saying that loss of diversity would be worse than the Ft Hood lives that were lost told me that we are screwed.
Now it truly is an Army of One !

I was under the impression that if you were a good Commander-in-Chief you wouldn’t have to tell your soldiers how to act.
I loathe and detest Obama, but I will say that when he made his little campaign (photo op) stop in Baghdad in July 2008, he didn't mention President Bush or bash anything connected with the war.
He probably had to be cautioned about that prior to his visit, but he did refrain. This was billed as a standard senator visit, but we all had to go on lockdown while he was nearby, when we never even had to do that when the President was in town, let alone other senators.
I bet she wouldn’t refer to the troops as ‘photo ops’.
If I were Sarah Palin, I’d just cancel the book signing at the base and go to a book store nearby. No one can muzzle her if she’s off-base.
I love it. If you go into PX/BX you’re hit in the face every which way you turn with Onada merchandise. I would not give you a bucket of spit for senior military leadership—or what passes for it—today.
My son’s an Army lifer. Been in over 18 years. He’s a senior NCO and has gotten fed up with Onada’s propaganda machine. He is trying to get the merchanise removed from the PX where he’s stationed. And for the same reason the Army is trying to muzzle Palin. He thinks the Onada stuff is a political statement.
They might get people to not give speeches,but they cannot dictate what people feel in their hearts,know in their minds and see with their eyes. Not everyone is so pathetic that they are easily led around by the nose. The degree of fear of Sarah and all her power and influence is breathtaking...and I for one Loveit,loveit,LOVE IT!!!My Girl!!
She should give a great speech to encourage them, saying HELP IS ON THE WAY, just hang tough until 2012

This president has not said ONE POSITIVE THING about the United States on foreign soil since he’s been president, at least that is INCLUSIVE of any president who ever came before him.

You forget that Obama was a sitting Senator and as such had access to military installations.
Sarah Palin is a civilian who has no guaranteed access to a military installation. When you are admitted to a base, then you are subject to whatever the Commander has to say.
Some of you on here are getting more thin skinned by the day when it comes to Palin.
You are not allowed as a candidate to give speeches on military installations. If you remember Obama was not allowed to do a photo op at Ramstein Hospital so he didn’t go visit the troops.
This has a Chicago smell to it if ya ask me.
To Obama the Troops are nothing more then a good photo op... Live troops to appease moderates dead troops to appease leftists.
