That could be but a good friend of mine married one about 7 or 8 years ago and they are happily married.
When he brought her here she knew very little English and next month she will be graduating from college with a degree in actuary science and a minor in math.
Ironically enough, she had to drop one or two of her courses along the way and retake them because she couldn't understand what the professor was saying because he talked with such a strong India accent........

Nobody in her family ever owned an automobile because it was unaffordable. While she has since learned to drive here, she very seldom does and only when her husband is with her. Thats something we have all taken for granted since we were about 15 or 16 years old........
