They held her for over 5 hours with no evidence???

If she doesn’t sue, it’s because her Daddy fixed it.

John Kerry served in Vietnam.

His daughter should sue for false arrest, false imprisonment, kidnapping, assault and torture.

John Kerry served in Vietnam.

Fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch in her descent. Don’t you get fed up with the double standard? sd

The “double standard” everyone is seeing so vividly is just the start -

think medieval feudalism, folks.

That’s what the “ruling class” intends.

She should go work for Mary Landrieu (Senator whore) from Louisiana...

She’d make a bundle on the short-sightedness market...

“I guess narrow, elongated skulls with droopy, smarmy eyes run in the Kerry family. Really attractive”.

...(almost forgot)and long, spindly, vainy, knuckle dragging arms.

If you read one of the linked article's JK says his daughter was not legally drunk. This one of the problems when you have a state with too many lawyers. If an officer can testify as to driving and SFT’s along with a BAC of say .04, .05, etc, that should be a conviction. California has the per se .08; but, it also DUI. Aw, poor California so many lawyers, so little common sense.

Did John Kerry put himself in for another Bronze Star for having to pay the bail?

As I recall, she was under the legal limit and with that fact, the prosecutors have no choice but to drop the charges.

Not so in California, the legal limit is a presumptive limit where the law must assume her to be impaired. Anytime you can prove impairment no matter the alcohol blood leave the DA can prosecute.
