MSNBC Attacks Catholic Bishop Tobin in Pat Kennedy-Abortion-Communion Row
Washington, DC -- MSNBC is coming under fire from pro-life Catholics upset about the way two of its show hosts treated Bishop Thomas Tobin. The Rhode Island bishop received national attention the last few days as pro-abortion Congressman Patrick Kennedy made public a private letter admonishing him on abortion.

This is so sick. The Bishop wrote the letter PRIVATELY a couple of years ago to Patrick asking Patrick to voluntarily refrain from taking Communion.
Over the weekend the slimeball & drunk Rep. Kennedy releases it to the press.
Right away CNN/MSNBC accuse the CHURCH of politicizing abortion!

Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. - Matthew 5:10
1 Peter 3:14-16
14But and if ye suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;
15But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
16Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.
I could keep going...

Matthews sounds like he was doing an imitation of Pontius Pilate. And we all know how that turned out.
Matthews needs to turn himself in to a mental hospital to chill out. And when he is rational, turn himself over to his confessor, if he has one.

The phrase “pro-life Catholic” implies that there are Catholics who are not pro-life. There are not. There are perhaps, uninformed Catholics who think that being “pro-choice” is an option. Under canon law, persons who express a pro-choice position on the subject of abortion are deemed “automatically excommunicated” from the Catholic church.

Matthews is a Roman Catholic. Many of the liberals on MSNBC, including the Kennedys, are pro-abortion liberals and Roman Catholic. Although I am not Roman Catholic, my view is that if you claim to be Roman Catholic then you should live as a Roman Catholic, which includes theological positions. If I were a Roman Catholic, I would be as mad as hell about such people as Matthews and Kennedy. I do not know how a bishop or a priest can in good conscience commune these people.

"Matthews is a Roman Catholic"
Every group that stands for something or has goals, inexplicably always has some people that stand foursquare against the very principles of that group. And their motives are always as pure as the driven snow. They want to "save" the group... by betraying what it stands for and destroying it utterly. They are in short, traitors. We've had different names for them... RINO's, Quislings, Neville Chamberlain, the Vichy... the list is long and disgraceful.
Chris Matthews is a one of those people.

There is no such animal as a pro-abortion Catholic. My opinion is if you believe in and promote abortion and take Holy Communion things may go badly for you when you meet the final Arbiter.

CINO is not confined to Roman Catholics. We have many Christians that are CINO (Christians in Name Only). They want all the blessings of God, but they do not want God. They want to be their own god. Matthews and Pelosi like to parade their membership in the Roman Catholic Church, because it is a way of “connecting” with Roman Catholics and getting their votes or viewership. They want to be Roman Catholics as a way of saying, “We're not like those Bible believing rednecks in the South. If it were not for the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, we would love everything about being Roman Catholic.”
