Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And for their trouble, three of the SEALs, members of the Navy's elite commando unit, are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
The three have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral's mast — and requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named "Objective Amber," told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.
Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.

I admire every member of the military for continuing to serve under a muslim usuper in chief who condones such asinine rules, and the butt kissers that carry out his orders. I can’t imagine and Court Martial convicting these guys. They should be receiving medals.

I had to check: this is not satire. It looks like the terrorist training to “claim abuse if captured” is coming in handy. I imagine that their “Commander”-in-Chief will back his men ... um ... the community-organizer-in-chief will stand aside and allow the system to find the truth ... um ... the anti-American terrorist lover is finding the right words to explain that our SEALs “acted stupidly”.
The first of the seven films, Prelude to War, received the 1942 Academy Award for Best Documentary. Can you imagine the Academy doing something similar today?

Once brought to the attention of the American people, it is all about which is valued more, the SEALS who are honorable and protecting US, or the political correctness bilge the liberals spittle constantly through their ass-sucking media like Chrissy Matthews and Keith Overbite. Frankly, I’m too old to be bashful, so I’ll just add that I wouldn’t cross the street to piss on a burning Matthews or any other disgusting liberal in favor of destroying the honor of our most courageous. The Holder/Obama purposed destruction of honor and duty is being duly noted. The treachery of these democrats now ruling America is soon to be beyond tolerable.

The man tortured, killed and mutilated the bodies of four Americans and then hung the remains on a bridge for animals (regular animals and human ones) to desecrate and he's upset that he was punched in the mouth.

I thought I’d gotten past the point of being shocked by anything these days, but this leaves me speechless.
From now on, anyone in military service should just shoot the terrorist bastards on sight — anything else and you risk your career, or risk having them tried and released where they return to terrorism.
Why would anyone want to be in today’s military? Please court martial me, I said a bad word to an enemy combantant. I feel soooo bad.
I’m sure that Obama will issue a Presidential Pardon to Ahmed Hashim Abed, too. Obama will insist he be tried in the USA, and he’ll be freed, and likely will sue the USA for false imprisonment.
I think this sends a clear message to our Armed Forces - take no prisoners.
