She does, and has always, showed way too much skin as a First Lady.
Whether it's her shoulders and chest or her legs....there's just too much showing.
Imagine Hillary or Laura looking like this.

I agree with you on her showing too much skin most of the time. Her husband often does as well. I can’t stand seeing him barefoot or even wearing sandals, shorts or shirtless.
