I, for one, am eagerly looking forward to Obama’s heartfelt and moving Christmas eve speech, wherein he honors the foundational contributions of Christianity and its worldview to the founding of the United States, and our great tradition of liberty.

In fact, I expect him to declare December 25 to be National American Christian Heritage Day.

Actually, I don’t expect Obama to acknowledge Christmas at all, except perhaps maybe in passing, in the most perfunctory way possible (probably as third on a list of other “holidays” beginning with Kwanzaa).

P.S. I am not a Christian (having been born and raised Jewish, although I no longer practice Judaism).

Hah! Want to bet we get to hear all about the presents he bought the daughters, Michelle, Rahm, the SEIU, ACORN, the GM and Chrysler unions, etc.?

I can't wait to hear his State of the Union speech. It's going to be all about how could save the world - if only he could rid the world of those evil conservatives.

I predict that he won’t even use the word Christmas unless it is included in a sentence with a long list of other religious holidays.

“having been born and raised Jewish”

Will be even MORE interesting to hear his Hanukkah greetings, all things considered.

Kwanza, like Chanukah, sets aside one day in a week to commorate the strong traditions of the African-American spiritual foundtion, as each day of Chanukah celebrates a tenent of the Jewish faith.

For example, the 4th day of Kwanza celebrates the timely delivery of welfare checks.
