Get a grip! The WORLD knows Sarah. Asia invited her to speak. In spite of MSM, they know Sarah. My diehard MSM watcher cousin even knows Sarah!

Why/Who puts Romney’s name on these polls? Propaganda.

Where is a poll on what ‘rat is running against BHO? Why don’t we see a poll for that? Because they polls are meant to persuade ONLY the GOP vote! So far, NO ONE has thrown their hat in the ring - but the MSM is doing it for you.

He is our new conservative leader. This entire town is excited!!!

God grief = you going for another Ross Perot debacle?

THAT worked out well. It handed us Billy Jeff.........

If he runs (Dobbs) you all will be able to count on the support of the RAts. They're probably praying he'll run and will do all they can to help.

The libs will push Romney because they think BO can beat him.

I don't think anyone is going to argue that point with you here on FreeRepublic.

The difference will be the Bull Dog attitude of Sarah's.

If she determines this is God's will for her life, she'll die trying.

I really don't think there is a politically pragmatic bone in her body, she operates primarily from principle, much like Reagan did.

Lou Dobbs could be the Axelrod/Soros plan to re-elect Baraq with a Clintonian plurality.

I firmly believe the Baraqqi Coalition can deliver 40% of the vote no matter how bad things get. So the challenge is to have a three way race.

How many are understanding, with each successive post, that you are not a Palin fan?

But for Romney, Obama would not be President today.

Dobbs is good on exactly ONE issue: immigration. Beyond that he’s a run-of-the-mill leftists. Wants more “progressive” taxes. Believes in Global Warming. Protectionist.

He makes McCain look like 1964 vintage Barry Goldwater.

Pass.

Hank

Despite running with McCain, she does not yet have the widespread name recognition that Romney has.

Riiiiiiiiiight...

Palin: Oh yeah, she's that governor from Alaska who draws large crowds everywhere she goes, and seems to be the real deal when it comes to knowing who she is and what she believes. I think she has just written a record selling book, has over a million followers on facebook, and may run for president.

Romney: Oh yeah, he's that Mormon guy who put his dog on the roof of his car. I think he sells used cars.

FACTOID: Mitt Romney got a "C" rating from CATO.
And that was BEFORE Romney's failure re: Socialized medicine.

"As U.S. real output grew 13 percent between 2002 and 2006, Massachusetts trailed at 9 percent.
* Manufacturing employment fell 7 percent nationwide those years, but sank 14 percent under Romney, placing Massachusetts 48th among the states.
* Between fall 2003 and autumn 2006, U.S. job growth averaged 5.4 percent, nearly three times Massachusetts' anemic 1.9 percent pace."

But for Romney, Obama would not be President today.

That's quite a stretch. Romney couldn't even get the Republican nomimation. How in the world could he be responsible for Obama's election?

You are giving Romney far more credit than he deserves. Why do you fear this guy? He is a lightweight who will never get close to the presidency.

Frankly, I place Mitt Romney somewhere between broccoli and cauliflower. Not awful, mind you — but, certainly nothing to get excited about.
Beside, I have the feeling that old Mitt better grow very fond of Sarah’s derriere — because that’s all he is going to see over the next 12 months disappearing over the horizon!

He is our new conservative leader. This entire town is excited!!!

Really?

So, what are Dobbs positions on Abortion?

He is Pro-Abortion. Strike 1!

How about Gay Marriage?

He is Pro-Gay Rights. Strike 2!

How about Global Warming?

How about Illegal Immigration?

Oh Wait, we know as of today he is for Amnesty!

Strike 3!

How about the Bailouts?

How about Cap and Trade?

How about Drilling?

How about our Military?

He is against our presence in Iraq and Afghanistan

Strike 4!

Next time you're going to state someone is conservative, make sure you're a conservative and you have done your homework!

RINO liar, chameleon, carpetbagger, backstabber, socialist Mitt Romney:
Make all the promises you have to...

"Romney in Seven Words"
"On Wednesday, after his loss in the New Hampshire primary, Gov. Mitt Romney returned to Boston
to lick his wounds and conduct a telephone fundraiser before heading off to his next must win state of Michigan.
ABC Radio microphones were there and they featured an audio quote from Romney in their top of the hour news broadcasts.
Romney was encouraging his phone bank volunteers with a little pep talk when he unintentionally summed up his entire campaign;
ironically hitting upon the reason why he has failed to gain any traction with conservatives despite spending the most money of any Republican.
ABC News Radio was contacted by telephone and confirmed the following quote from their report.
" Hit the phones today make all the promises you have to, and…
make sure that we get the funds that we need to keep on propelling this campaign forward with power and energy.
Make all the promises you have to.

That’s Romney in a nutshell.
Of all the Republicans running, he alone has sought to clarify, cover,
and indeed change past positions in an attempt to curry favor with conservatives.
In the process, Romney has developed a reputation not as a principled conservative,
but as a politician who will say almost anything and take almost any position to win votes. "

Understand, as ‘12 approaches, you will see a ton of MSM polls than ONLY Romney can defeat Zero - that Sarah is dead-in-the-water, as is any other conservative.

They said the exact same things about McCain, for precisely the same reason. Once we nominate a squish, they can destroy him/her.

Hopefully, GOPers are a little smarter this time then they were in ‘08.

well, according to polls during primaries, self-identified conservatives supported Romney most.

Whether "Bummer voters", blacks, whites, or Asians, Palin is far more known to them than Romney.
Ask fifty people, at random, "who is Sarah Palin?" And then, "who is Mitt Romney?" Or take pictures of both, show them to fifty people and ask, "would you know who these people are?"

Just from my own experience I'd say, in either case, Palin's recognition to Romney would be at the minimum 7:3 though in all likelihood higher.
